Caitlin and Bill's day started out in the beautiful North Capitol Hill neighborhood in her childhood home. We strolled through the Fall foliage to nearby Volunteer Park and then made our way to Chophouse Row. After a spirited photo session with their wedding party, who were all rocking chuck's, we all piled into Georgetown Ballroom so for these two to make it official. This crew knows how to throw and party and have fun. They wanted to keep things light and silly; they had a cookie table for their guests and instead of cutting a cake, they cut a giant cookie sandwich, there was a pinball machine, photo booth, glow-in-the-dark jewelry, and mardi gras beads. Caitlin and Bill's first dance was not lacking in twirls and spins in a perfectly executed choreographed dance. That's not where the planned-out dances ended - Caitlin's siblings and friends surprised them with a word-for-word, move-for-move performance of Let's Have A Kiki by Scissor Sisters - it was ridiculously awesome. I can't say enough great things about this crew. I do have to make special mention of how much I enjoyed our Margarita filled meetings leading up to this epic day. Congrats again you two, and thank you for choosing me.
